Refund Policy

We at Onergen provide a 2-month return policy to our clients. But an exchange of products is possible. At Onergen we cannot offer a refund to any of our clients if it is over 60 days since the purchase of a product, but we do offer an exchange. If you want a refund or replacement of a product from us, the digital access code issued by the company must be intact. (Company, we, us means Onergen)

Refunds

After you submit an application for a refund, we will notify you through an email that we have received your application and that we will contact you after the application has been processed. At Onergen, we believe it is our responsibility to inform the applicant whether or not their refund application will be processed. We will ensure that our team will get back to you within 2 days.

 

If you do not get your refund within 14 days for a number of technical reasons, you should contact the credit card company or the bank whose card you used to purchase the products. If you do not receive your payments despite following all of the instructions, please contact us at (Email). We will ensure that a member of our staff responds to you within one business day.

 

Products on Sale

Refunds are only available on regular-priced items. Refunds are not available for anything purchased during a sale.

 

Exchanges (If Possible)

If your digital code/ access card is broken or somehow flawed, you can get it replaced. If you wish to exchange it, you just have to email our team at the provide email address and we will start working on it as soon as possible.

Gift Certificate

If the product was labeled as a gift or present at the time of its order or shipment, you’ll get a gift card for the amount of your refund. The digital voucher is only valid until the product is returned without being damaged or used. We’ll compensate the gift-giver if the product is not listed as a present and the gift-giver has received an email at his email address later to deliver it to you later.

Cancellation Process

The student should contact our team at the given email address if they want to cancel their subscription at any time. The email should state the reasons why the student is canceling the subscription to any course and the student should also provide valid reasons to support the claim.
